Orange Peel

Two tablespoons of syrup for those who like it sweeter. Serve in an old fashioned glass with a  large cube.

Bourbon-less Options

The Vesper

Gimlet

Lets make James Bond proud! Warning:  This looks light, but packs a punch!  1 1/2 oz of Vodka, 1 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Lillet, twist of lemon.

Tito's Vodka (or your choice of Vodka)
Gin
Lillet

Get a good mist of lemon to add flavor, we like to coat the rim with the lemon peel.  Serve in a martini glass or a coupe.

Refined, light, refreshing. 3 oz gin, 3/4 oz of fresh lime juice, 1/4 oz simple syrup, garnish with a lime.

4 Peel Watershed Gin*
Simple Syrup
fresh lime juice

These go down smooth, Simple yet elegant.  Serve in a coupe.

*We like this option because it is distilled with citrus. If you prefer juniper, use a more traditional gin.

Banana Bread Old Fashioned

Great any time of year but this is an innovative twist on the original. 2-3 oz of rye, 3/4 oz of banana liqueur, 3-4 dashes of walnut bitters.  Garnish with a slice of banana
